Return Policy
Mint Armory LLC is a company that specializes in the sale of firearms, firearm parts and accessories. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Firearms: Any firearm purchased from Mint Armory LLC can be returned as long as it has not been picked up from the receiving FFL dealer. Once a firearm is transferred to you from the FFL dealer, it is non-refundable without any exceptions.While the firearm is still in the possession of the FFL dealer, you should inspect it thoroughly for any visible defects. If you notice any issues, please contact Mint Armory LLC before picking up the firearm from your dealer. They can arrange to have it returned, and upon delivery and careful inspection, they will provide you with your choice of either a replacement, if available, or a refund of the firearm. If the firearm has already shipped but not yet transferred, a 15% restocking fee applies, and the customer will also be responsible for the cost of shipping, including both delivery and return.
- Firearm parts: Refunds for firearm parts are allowed as long as the item is in its original, unused condition. Customers must return the item within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
