The SAR K2 45 is a semi-automatic pistol that is based on the CZ-75 design but with several improvements. The slide of the pistol rides inside the frame rail, which allows for a lower barrel axis and improved accuracy. It has an overall length of 8.3 inches and a barrel length of 4.7 inches, with an overall width of 1.3 inches. The pistol has a weight of 40.2 ounces and a caliber of .45 auto.

The SAR K2 45 features both single and double-action triggers, and the slide is made of steel with a matte black finish. The barrel is hammer-forged steel, and the forged alloy steel frame with precision CNC techniques. The polymer grip panels provide texture and a secure grip. The steel three-dot white sights are adjustable for elevation and windage. Need a flashlight or laser add-ons? The SAR k2 45 comes equipped with a 3-slot picatinny rail.

For safety, the SAR K2 45 features manual hammer block and firing-pin block safety. The pistol comes with two double-stacked steel magazines with a capacity of 13+1 rounds (10+1 for restricted states). The frame color options available are black or stainless steel.

Although the SAR K2 45 is on the larger side for concealed carry, it is ideal for home defense and a day at the shooting range. When tested by Mint Armory, it showed accurate shooting with low recoil straight out of the box.
